1. Vertical packaging machine power on before plugging in the sensor plug.
Before the packer begins to power on, the inductor plug shall be inserted first, lock the screw; the use of single-phase three-wire power line, in order to the operator, to use a single-phase three-wire system power socket, the ground at the workplace shall be dry to maintain insulation.
2. The use of unsuitable metal containers and metal covers is prohibited.
Metal boxes and metal covers are not applicable, metal table tops pressed against the start button, otherwise the machine will be damaged; equipped with a fuse, not to be replaced by a larger insurance; there is a high voltage, charged base plate, private maintenance is strictly prohibited to avoid personal electric shock.
3. Set the temperature automatic protection function.
The machine is equipped with an over-temperature automatic protection function. When the machine temperature is too high, the buzzer will emit an "abnormal protection (PRO.MD.)" yellow indicator light, at this time, the power switch should be turned off, wait for the machine to cool down after the buzzer stops, and then continue to work.
4. Check if the surface of the inductor head is overheated.
Touch the surface of the inductor head frequently during work to check if it is overheated. If it is found to be hot, you should stop heating and work again after it has cooled down. When the machine has finished working, please turn off the switch on the circuit board and transport the equipment. Do not bump the machine when storing. Do not store the machine under excessive pressure or moisture.
