1. General safety precautions
(1) The operator must read the operating instructions about the machine before operating the machine.
(2) To prevent accidents, keep the workplace well ventilated when operating the machine, and avoid the leakage of liquid and gas caused by broken packaging.
(3) When repairing and maintaining the machine, the maintenance personnel should read the maintenance instructions of the machine before carrying out repair and maintenance work.
(4) When repairing and maintaining the machine, be sure to cut off the power supply before carrying out repair and maintenance work.
(5) If any accident occurs after the machine is in operation, the power must be turned off first and then the corresponding measures must be taken.
(6) This machine is not designed for packing explosive items. In addition, if you need to package small items or liquid or powdered items, you need to package them in boxes, cans, bags, etc. before packaging.
(7) All pneumatic lines and cylinders can not have oil or water and other contaminants, if these pollutants.
2. Special precautions
(1) Non-operators are not allowed to operate the machine. When the machine is in automatic operation, the operator must not place his hand under the sealing knife or within the range of electric eye induction to avoid safety accidents.
(2) When the machine is running, the operator must not place his hands on the rolling part of the front and rear conveyor belts to avoid getting his hands caught or involved in the machine.
(3) When the machine is running automatically, the safety door should be closed to avoid the danger of burns, pinches or cuts caused by contact with the sealing device.
(4) When the machine presses into the product alarm or other malfunction, press the emergency stop switch first, and the operation mode is changed from automatic operation to manual operation, and then release the emergency stop switch after the malfunction is cleared to fight back to automatic operation.
(5) Pay attention to the film feeding part, the safety door should be closed when the machine is running, do not touch it with your hand to avoid injury. .
(6) If the high temperature tape is cracked, it must be replaced so as not to affect the sealing quality and the service life of the sealing knife. When there is adhesive film or other debris on the sealing knife, it needs to be wiped clean with a cotton towel. When cleaning, it must be in manual mode with the emergency stop switch pressed. The main power must be turned off for safety when doing the above cleaning.
