HMS160-420 stand-up pouch packaging machine is the fourth generation product developed for plastic reduction and recycling. It adopts the currently popular servo drive technology in the world. The FE product uses servo motors as the drive unit. Different configuration modules are selected for the production of top nozzle bags and side nozzle bags.
HMS series Stand Up Pouch Packing Machine can produce up to 3000ml packaging bags. It can be equipped with four filling stations. Single or multiple filling can be selected according to the needs. Single bag or multi-bag row work can be selected. When multi-bag row is selected, the machine can generate 2 to 4 packaging bags at the same time in each operation cycle, up to 160 bags per minute.
Adopting an independent film placement system and a servo correction system with visual inspection, it can automatically correct the alignment of the folded film to avoid the impact of equipment shutdown adjustment on production capacity.
HMS FE series Stand Up Pouch Packing Machine can be equipped with an automatic mold position adjustment module, which is crucial for frequently changing the size of packaging bags and reducing adjustment time.
The standard model adopts Siemens system and is equipped with a 10-inch operation panel as standard. The FE series is equipped with an Omron control system as standard, and can be equipped with an AB or Beckhoff control system as an option. It is equipped with a 21.5-inch touch screen control panel and is used in conjunction with the Beckhoff control system.
