The stick packaging machine is specially designed for the packaging of strip-shaped articles. Packaging material preparation: First, the packaging material is fed into the machine and formed by the film former to adapt to the subsequent packaging process.
Measuring and filling: For products that require quantitative packaging, the strip packaging machine may be equipped with a metering device to ensure the accurate amount of product in each package. After metering, the product is filled into the already formed packaging material.
Heat sealing and forming: After filling, the machine will perform horizontal and vertical heat sealing, that is, heat sealing the two ends and two sides of the packaging material to make the product completely sealed in the package. At the same time, the packaging material will be formed into a specific shape under the action of the machine to adapt to the packaging needs of the product.
Printing and cutting: After the heat sealing is completed, the machine may print information such as batch number and production date on the packaging for traceability and management. Then, the continuous packaging material is cut into individual packaging units by the cutting device.
Counting and output: Finally, the machine will count and output the packaged products to the designated location for subsequent transportation and storage.
